Shipping, Subscription & Return Policy
All return, refund, and subscription-related requests are subject to Wellora Health’s approval. Customers must contact support@wellorahealth.co or hello@wellorahealth.my within 7 days of receiving items. Please include your order number, registered email address, and reason for the request.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries every 30, 60, or 90 days, depending on the package you select. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.
Your payment details will be stored securely, and you’ll be charged for each delivery at the discounted subscription rate unless you choose to pay in advance.
Please note that a minimum of three (3) consecutive recurring orders must be completed before you are eligible to pause, edit, skip, or cancel your subscription.
Once this requirement has been fulfilled, you may cancel, pause, or amend your subscription at any time by contacting hello@wellorahealth.my or through your account portal. Your order confirmation emails will also include a link to manage your subscription.
Eligible Return Reasons
- Incorrect item(s) received
- Defective item(s) upon arrival
Pre-Order Policy
- Pre-order purchases are final and non-refundable during the processing period.
- Refund requests can only be initiated after the product has been received.
- Estimated timelines are projections; delays due to logistics or customs do not qualify for immediate refunds.
Return Conditions & Documentation
- Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with visual proof (images/videos).
- Items must be returned unopened, unused, and in resalable condition.
- Exchanges are limited to the same product only.
- Returns apply exclusively to purchases made via Wellora Health’s official website.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 14–20 business days after the returned items are inspected. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
Cashback & Vouchers
- Cashback from returned items will be deducted from the refund.
- Used vouchers/cashback may be reissued with their remaining validity upon approval.
- Items redeemed entirely with cashback points are non-refundable.
